So I've survived my first three days of classes. So far so good I
guess. Model & Analysis lasted all of 5 minutes, so I don't really
have any idea what that'll be like. Microeconomics should be alright.
Just have to do the work. Fluid Mechanics should be interetsing. I
defintely mistook the professor for a grad student. But you'll have
that when it's a scrawny Asian dude with shaggy hair, Buddy Holly-esque
glasses, and a vintage Dynamic Duo t-shirt. But he's definitely got a
doctorate, and if the first class was any indication, completely
over-qualified to be teaching at IUPUI. I wonder if he's aware of that.
Quantum Mechanics will be cool, since it's just me and Sean, though I
feel like kind of a douche for pushing the class back 45 to accomodate
my schedule. Especially since it might be a slight time crunch for Dr.
Morris on Mondays. Oops. And for some reason I feel very ignorant every
time I start a new Physics cllass. Is that inherently part of being a
Physics major, or is it just me? Ballroom Dance will most definitely be
a good time this semester, though the Girl-to-Guy Ratio isn't quite as
high as I would like, but that's out of my hands.
Also, I definitely started peeling like a mofo on my neck, shoulders,
and upper back from canoeing Sunday. Gross. But to make it all better,
got my order of the Lucky Boys B-sides CD (and bonus t-shirt) in the
mail yesterday. Sa-weet!
